These terms govern use of BulkheadOS website, account, graph-audit, operating-graph pilot, and investor brief request surfaces.

Use of the Website

You may use the public website and discovery surfaces to learn about BulkheadOS and request a business conversation. You must not abuse, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to any BulkheadOS surface.

Requests and Conversations

Submitting a graph audit, operating graph pilot, or investor brief request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee acceptance into a pilot. BulkheadOS may decline, prioritize, or close requests at its discretion.

Account Access

If you access an authenticated workspace, you are responsible for keeping access to your email account and passkeys secure. BulkheadOS may suspend access when needed to protect the service, other users, or customer data.

No Unsupported Reliance

Public website content describes the current BulkheadOS direction and offer. It is not legal, financial, security, procurement, or investment advice. Commercial terms, security commitments, data-processing terms, and service levels must be agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

BulkheadOS owns the website, product materials, brand assets, templates, and software unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, or present BulkheadOS materials as your own.

Availability

BulkheadOS aims to keep public and account surfaces available, but the website and request surfaces are provided as available. We may change or remove content, features, or access paths as the product develops.
